Man Held On Suspicion of Giving Minors Alcohol

HIGHLAND - Investigators with the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control's Target Responsibility for Alcohol Connected Emergencies have arrested a man suspected of giving a group of minors alcohol, which led to the sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl. Joseph Eugene Foster, 52, of Highland can be seen on video surveillance interacting with a group of juveniles at a Palm Avenue liquor store, according to a news release from the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

REDLANDS - Burglars kicked in doors and ransacked houses at several locations Tuesday. At a home on the 800 block of Ashley Way, a housekeeper heard a noise and then found the sliding glass door open, according to police spokesman Carl Baker.
