REDLANDS - The Chapel Singers of the University of Redlands will present the Office of Compline at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, March 11 at the university's Memorial Chapel.

The centerpiece is the Office of Compline, a "choral collage of ancient plainsong, renaissance motets and contemporary anthems," according to director Jeff Rickard. "Rooted in the medieval monastic daily cycle of prayer, this presentation echoes the earliest musical practices while encompassing current musical expression. It is sung by candlelight with occasional hand chime accompaniment."
