REDLANDS - Members of the Planning Commission voiced their concerns over the options for the proposed public art ordinance on Tuesday.

The Cultural Arts Commission drafted the piece of legislation that would require developers to provide public art worth 1 percent of the value (for buildings worth $300,000 or more) or pay that amount to a fund administered by the Cultural Arts Commission.
