The last thing I want to do when I get home after a long day of work is cook dinner. It is also the last thing I want to do after a short day at work, a fun day out with my family - well, you get the picture. The only day I want to hang out in the kitchen and cook is when it rains or snows, and everyone knows how many of those days we've had this year. Needless to say, I haven't been cooking much lately.

Fortunately, my daughter Summer is a great cook and in charge of the weekday meals at our house. But someday, she will move out and I will be left holding the dinner bag and have nothing to put inside.
