REDLANDS - The city of Redlands made a sizable step in being friendlier to the environment by opening its liquefied natural gas and compressed natural gas station to the public on Thursday.
The city uses the station to keep its fleet vehicles fueled up, and now, the station can be used by fleets from other cities, along with cars that run on compressed natural gas.
