Beautiful, incredibly flavorful farmers' market eggs can be found at both of Redlands farmers' markets. One of my favorite foods to pick up on Saturday morning is the fresh, food-safe farm eggs from Three Brothers' Egg Farm. There is truly a noticeable difference in quality and flavor whenever I use these eggs in recipes.

Nature designed eggs as the food source for developing chicks. Eggs, particularly chicken eggs, are also an excellent food for humans because of their high protein content, low cost and ready availability. They are extremely versatile and are used throughout the kitchen, either served alone or as an ingredient in a prepared dish. Eggs are used to provide texture, flavor, structure, moisture and nutrition in everything from soups and sauces to bread and pastries.
