Monopoly Game Tournament, sponsored by the Grove School Parent Teacher Group, Saturday, March 14, at the school's high school campus, 200 Nevada St., Redlands. Proceeds will help provide a new science lab at the middle school campus. Player registration fee is $20 for students in sixth through 12th grade, $30 for adults. Fee includes lunch and gift bag. Friends of the A.K. Smiley Public Library's semiannual book sale, March 10 through March 14 in the library's Assembly Room. More than 400 books on sale. Price is $6 Tuesday, $5 Wednesday, $4 Thursday, $3 Friday and $2 Saturday. Sale hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
