LOMA LINDA A series of woes continues for residents of the city's Parkside development. Months after they voiced their concerns about an unexpected increase in their landscaping fees and inadequate landscaping, the residents are again seeking answers.
Some of the residents who bought their homes as part of the city's low-income housing program say they can't sell their houses for their proper value. Those in the program paid about $1,000 of their own money and took out loans from the city.See the full content of this document
