Summary
I am writing to alert you of problems with early voting in San Bernardino. I have been a registered voter in San Bernardino County since 2002 and have voted in person in Redlands in every election since then.
However, since I will be out of town next Tuesday I attempted to use early voting in person at the registrar of voters at 777 Rialto Ave. in San Bernardino. The poll workers attempted to activate my electronic voting card for a half an hour and were unable to. Thus my only option was to cast an emergency paper ballot.
