In response to the Dec. 3 article, "Council to discuss passenger rail stations," I would like to commend the city of Redlands and its special Planning Commission overseeing the further development of mass transit here.

My family and I moved to Redlands from Los Angeles over one year ago for a job at Loma Linda University. We honestly could not be more pleased with Our Town. One of the many, many amazing differences was the relative lack of traffic here, compared to Los Angeles and Orange counties.
