REDLANDS - There will be no more pepper trees falling in front of Ed Villalpando's home.
A tree toppled over Sunday and crushed Villalpando's daughter's parked car in the 1100 block of Chestnut Avenue. A second tree stood about 15 feet from the fallen tree, leaning far out over the street.See the full content of this document
